To help you design your buttons, you can download and use any of these templates. (The .PSD file is conveniently saved in layers; the other two are not, but may be opened by more applications.)

The easiest way to use the templates is to work with layers. After opening the template, save the elements to different layers. You can build your design on the white circle, and toggle visibility on & off of the guidelines layer to ensure that the positioning of your graphic elements is correct. When you're finished with your design, delete the layers that aren't part of the final design, flatten your image, and save it.
